“Honor Bound” Men’s Ministry meets on Monday nights from 6-8pm at Community Church, 1400 Numa Rd. in Susanville. We start with fellowship and a dinner being served at 6pm. We then transition into a study time for an hour, and we end the evening in prayer.

If you choose to accept this mission, you will be challenged to be the man God created you to be. Deep in his heart, every man wants to be a part of something larger than himself. He wants to be a part of a team that does something great, a band of brothers. Though he may not realize it, every man longs to be a part of one. Men measure themselves by productivity, and they gain a portion  of their self-image based on what they do. Just ask a man who he is. He will usually answer you by telling you what he does. “I’m a police officer, a fire fighter, a mechanic, or maybe a father, or Christian.”

A man’s desire for adventure is often expressed in the desire to be on the solution side of things, to do something positive, to make a difference. “Honor Bound” Men will seek to reach men, teach them, and then release them into their destined calling. If you are  looking for an environment that is welcoming, safe, and is consistent with who you are as a man, and a place where you feel comfortable belonging and becoming the man God wants you to be, then you are  more than welcome to come and join us. Our prayer is that you will take the time to get to know us.

Men’s Breakfasts

Men’s Breakfasts are on the 4th Saturday of every month at 7:30 am at 1400 Numa Rd. The cost is $5 per manly breakfast. What a deal! Come enjoy a good meal, worship and a quick message from one of the guys.
